Library Administrator

All Saints’ Church in Guildford is looking to appoint a Library Administrator, to manage the Diocesan Resource Centre Library. This is a part time post, for 3 hours per week from 30th November 2019, when the Library moves from Church House to All Saints.

Main tasks will involve:

  • Keeping a track of lending and borrowing, and overseeing membership of the Library
  • Maintaining the online catalogue and developing the resources for the future
  • Advertising and promoting the Library to church members and the local community
