The legislation (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR for short) that came into force in May 2018 means that All Saints’ has to obtain and record your permission for holding your contact details and sending you information. If you would like All Saints' Church to keep in touch with you, then the easiest way to give your consent is by completing out online Contact Form. Alternatively, you can download a version to print and bring it to church for the attention of the Parish Administrator..
This form also gives you the opportunity to subscribe to the All Saints’ Family List. The list is a booklet that will be distributed free of charge only to those who subscribe by ticking “Yes” at the appropriate place on the contact form. It contains the names and contact details of everyone who subscribes, but will not include details of other members of the church. The Family List is supplied on the condition that recipients do not re-distribute the list, either in printed form, electronic form or by any other method of publication.
We are committed to being good stewards of your personal information and, like other organisations, we have a detailed Privacy Policy, which is also displayed on the church notice boards.
