If you have a problem with your hearing aid, or just need advice about it, we may be able to help!
We can supply batteries and can retube your hearing aids. Tube replacement should be done regularly - every three months for the thin tubes and every six months for tubes that connect with ear moulds.
We meet on the third Monday of the month at 2pm in the Reading Room. If you'd like an appointment, please get in touch first by contacting the office by email or phone (01483 563173). Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 12.30pm. You can leave a message outside of these hours.
After each clinic, at 3pm, we have a Hard of Hearing Group meeting. The group consists of people who have varying degrees of hearing loss and therefore sometimes find conversations difficult. In order to support one another, especially those who live alone, we enjoy a cup of tea together. Sometimes we have a speaker, or we talk with eachother on topics of general interest.
Please feel welcome to come to the clinic, the Hard of Hearing Group meeting or both. There is no charge.
